We engage in local and global mission projects and also enjoy a time of crafts and games. The Crusaders program meets as part of our Family Ministry Night on Wednesdays beginning at 6:00 pm, followed by a family style meal and game time beginning at 6:45 pm. Currently, our Crusaders are studying the Heroes of the Bible in the Old Testament.

Every summer, we engage students from the community in Vacation Bible School; an engaging week of walking through the Christian faith. From the stories of the Old and New Testaments, games, and even mission projects, students learn what it means to be a follower of Christ.
- Summer Camp – Crusaders have several opportunities for learning, growing and fun during the summer months. Crusader students are able to attend two different camps hosted by Lakeview Methodist Conference Center in Palestine, Texas. Student can attend the Texas Conference Choir Camp which focuses on the worship arts within the church. Filled with Singing, Signing, Crafts, Bell Playing and whole lot of games and fun, this camp is great for students that love music and the arts. District Camp is a faith based camp for students to learn to walk more closely with God. Bible Study, Small Covenant styled groups, Worship, and games aplenty fill this amazing week of growing closer to God and one another.
Children are a very important part of our ministry at Whitehouse UMC. We offer a professionally staffed nursery for children up to 3 years old during the worship service and the Sunday School hour.
