United Methodist Connection

As part of The United Methodist Church, Whitehouse UMC is connected to every other UM congregation around the world. Our local district comprises 80+ churches in our corner of East Texas. All our congregations support one another, and we often partner with each other for missions and outreach opportunities. Boy Scouts

Whitehouse UMC hosts the town\’s only Boy Scout troop and Cub Scout pack. Our Cub Scouts meet on Monday evenings 6:30-7:30, and the Boy Scouts meet Tuesday evenings 7:00-8:00. Our Scout troop is now open to female members.

Whitehouse Ministerial Alliance

This cooperative group is made up of most of the Christian congregations in and around Whitehouse. All our pastors meet regularly to pray for our churches and our town, and to discuss ways we can work together to show God\’s love to the Whitehouse community. The WMA helps support the REC Center here in town. It also sponsors the annual Project Joy toy drive to provide food and gifts for families in need.
